Jose Colon serves as Property Manager and Investor for Galavier Group, focused on the Long Island area. He brings a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to property management, working closely with the leasing and maintenance teams to ensure a strong tenant experience and continued growth of the portfolio. Jose also contributes to space planning and material selection for apartment units, and oversees mechanical rooms across the properties.
