Security Cameras installation for West Babylon
The service provider will complete the approved exterior and common-area improvement scope while maintaining a safe worksite and complying with all site access, waste disposal, and municipal requirements.
Scope of Work:
Camera Installation: Install two (2) cameras covering the front entrance and patio entrance of the property.
Conduit & Cabling: Utilize blue flexible non-metallic tubing (smurf tube) for all cable runs to accommodate future network upgrades, cable replacements, or service expansions.
Equipment Mounting: Install a wall-mounted equipment rack to house the network router and provide dedicated space for future network hardware and service appliances.
Project Notes
Cleanup and owner/management approval are required upon completion. The front camera must cover the driveway and main entrance of the house. The side camera must capture the entrance leading toward the backyard. Ensure the setup and wiring are fully prepped for the backyard camera installation. The side camera will be installed in the future if necessary (as it will face the main road and front of the house), but all required materials and routing options must be prepared in advance for future installation

★★★★★
“It is better to run all cables through conduit to avoid network cable entanglement inside the pipe. I tested all network cables, and they are all fully operational at this time. I selected the UniFi network ecosystem because of its ability to easily scale and integrate new services across the property, including sensors, security cameras, networking, and internet access. The camera setup resulted in a very clean and professional installation. A few additional items still need to be ordered and installed to give the equipment rack a neat, finished look. The system is currently up and running using Verizon Fiber as the service provider, and the Verizon technician was very professional.”
