“Metal Flange was missing to the 4 inch PVC pipe, replace flange and added new Wax ring. Used plastic clips to balance toilet and firm the toilet base. Need to add some silicone to the base and floor. I recheck the tank on 2026/09/12. The tank is at the correct water level on the tank, refill tank on about 5 seconds. Make sure that the flapper seal and close correctly at all time been tested.”
