Install a 50 gallon Buffer tank to help Instant hot water appliance service for the 4 apartments which have 6 bathroom and 4 kitchen on the property. As on the hours of 7 to 9 am and on the evening sometimes it runs out of hot water. have to increase the radius of the chimney to remove errors of the water heater when goes on higher rate of hot water production.

Project Notes Must setup the system and check also the system chimney as the water heater sometimes report a error of a 391 not mixing air combustions or not mixing a good air combustion. Will increase chimney radius from 3 to 4 inches. to increase air intake when water heater goes onto a higher production of hot water if error can't be fix. As research of error 391, we will replace the AFR sensor of the water heater to see what happen first.

“Installed buffer tank and created a circulation loop to heat up the tank water temperature. also installed cold water setup to fill the boiler and expansion tank on the cold water line. Tank Is setup to hold water at the lower temperature of 120 degrees and the water heater heat the water to 140 degrees out put of hot water at 1.10 GPM. The water returning from the tank keep raising onto 120 Degrees and once it reach that temperature the water heater stop flaming and after couple of seconds pump feels like is shut off. We are on a testing time to see how it help the system keep servicing the hot water to the apartments on the property.”
