Service provider will diagnose and complete general repair work, furnish standard tools, coordinate access, and leave the area broom clean at completion. Faucet is reported to be loose and dripping water when in use, under the cabinet.

Project Notes Inspect the faucet if water hose is loose, inspect the condition of the faucet the wear and tear of the faucet. If faucet is not fixable replace with new one provided.

“Replace faucet, as the old faucet was leaking water through the middle and bottom of the faucet when water go through the faucet. hose connection was solid and were somewhat lose on the plastic base of the old faucet. Installed the new faucet and new hose onto the bathroom sink. For Future information: have to replace the inside of the cold side valve, does not fully close the water line.”
