Service provider will diagnose and complete general repair work, furnish standard tools, coordinate access, and leave the area broom clean at completion. Check and adjust Toilet fill and flush system from inside the tank system. Toilet is on apartment 2 on master room bath room.

Project Notes Make sure toilet fill and flush correctly, sealing the stopper from the water tank. Test the system at least twice to make sure work correctly. Chain should not get stock no where on the inside of the tank system.

Contractor

“Check the tank, tested the system fill ok. on about 5 to six seconds the tank. The handle tend to touch the water and metal rod is getting corroded by the water store on the tank. Adjusted the chain to the second hole of the handle metal rod as still not broken or corroded. adjusted at the same time the chain long enough to do the function, not to loose to get stock or to tight to leave the hold the flapper open to let the water scape from the tank or not to seal properly. System working ok. No parts were change on the toilet.”
