Studio using Loxone as Building Management System

Work was expected to meet approved design and finish specifications, ensure proper installation and configuration of all fixtures and the Loxone system and network infrastructure, comply with plumbing, electrical, and municipal code requirements, and be completed with minimal disruption to the unit.

Project Notes Work Completed Contractor completed a full studio bathroom renovation, performing all work shown, including new tile flooring and wall surfaces, a dual-sink vanity with countertop, a Loxone-controlled illuminated mirror, plumbing fixtures and hardware, a frameless glass shower enclosure, and towel/hardware fittings. As part of the scope, the contractor also installed and configured the Loxone building management system, including network infrastructure, to bring the unit's operations onto the property's smart automation platform.
